“At Volero Zürich we strive to take a pioneering role in the introduction of new technologies in Volleyball,” Volero president Stav Jacobi said. “4K is an investment in the future and with NEP Switzerland we have a strong partner who can deliver a cutting-edge production and therefore lift viewer’s experience to a new level.”

It will be the first Champions League match to be broadcast in Ultra HD and will provide the viewers with an enhanced visual experience primarily by offering a wide field of view that virtually covers all of the human visual field.

Volleyball fans will benefit from more detail and a better image depth, better colour grading and a more cinematic and immersive experience, especially on bigger screens.
