Japanese volleyball fans make their way to Green Arena Kobe
Kobe, Japan, May 13, 2017 - An all-Turkey semifinal showdown in the FIVB Volleyball Women’s Club World Championship has been set after Friday’s matches at the Green Arena Kobe.




Vakifbank Istanbul, which confirmed its semifinals slot as early as Wednesday, sought a good opportunity to utilise nearly every player against home team Hisamitsu Springs.
The current club champions of Europe have gone right back to work to prepare.
Eczacibasi Vitra will aim for a historic three-peat in the competition.
The Istanbul-based club won against NEC Red Rockets (25-22, 25-22, 25-16) on Thursday.
Outside hitter Tatiana Kosheleva sent out a message to everyone.
It was a message of profound gratitude.
Volero Zurich emerged on top of Pool B,
And are aiming for the podium,
But will face tough challenge from Rexona-SESC,
who vow to prepare well and pay attention to their competitors.
For Osasco Volei Clube, it was a good time to show their appreciation for volunteers and supporters in Kobe.
For Dinamo Moscow, it was a time to celebrate for another reason.
